We worked with Adwoa in 2014 when she was partner at n-gen People Performance Inc. She presented on how to engage a multigenerational workforce at our conference. She was great at connecting with the audience who learned, laughed and were inspired to make changes. We re-engaged Adwoa in 2024, after realizing that she had come back to the DEI space. Her presentation on building greater equity really resonated with our members again.
